AML and CFT Notice
Version 1.2 · published 2026-09-21 09:38:50
What this notice is
CryptoEze reviews account, merchant and payout activity for fraud, sanctions and abuse.
This page is a service rule. It is not a full AML programme description, not a claim that CryptoEze is an SBP-licensed financial institution, and not legal advice.
What we may ask
We may ask for identity documents, business documents, source of funds, or a description of what you sell.
That includes a CNIC, an address, and business papers where the category requires them.
We may do this at registration, at merchant apply, at KYC, before a payout, or later if activity changes.
What we may do
We may freeze a wallet, hold a payout, refuse an invoice, refuse Instant Payout, delay local settlement, or close an account.
We may file or answer reports where the law requires it. We may not tell you that we have done so.
Your duty
You must not use CryptoEze to launder funds, to finance crime, or to evade sanctions.
You must not layer HYIP, ponzi or mixing activity through invoices, converts or local rails.
False documents are a breach of the Terms of Service and the Acceptable Use Policy.
Records
We keep ledger, invoice, KYC and acceptance records so review is possible after the fact.
This page is a service rule, not legal advice.
