Crypto and local payments both carry loss you cannot always reverse. This page states those risks in plain words. It is not investment advice. It is not a guarantee. It does not make the product risk free. No legal page does.

USDT is not PKR and not a bank deposit

USDT is a third-party stablecoin. It can depeg, freeze at contract level, or fail to credit if you use the wrong contract.

A CryptoEze USDT balance is a platform book. It is not a PKR current account. It is not covered by bank deposit insurance.

Crypto risk

USDT runs on BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20) only. Send USDT on any other network and it does not arrive; recovery is not promised.

A TEST credit is not coins on BNB Smart Chain. If you share a TEST checkout with a real customer, they can lose funds and you can lose the sale.

A blockchain transfer cannot be reversed. Check the address and the network before you send.

Chain, address and network

Blockchain transfers are final once confirmed.

If you send on the wrong network (anything other than BEP-20), to the wrong address, or as a token that is not official USDT on that network, CryptoEze may never be able to recover it.

A transaction hash is not payment success. Checkout tells you how many confirmations are required.

Invoice windows expire. Underpayments may stay partial. Overpayments are not an automatic extra credit of a new order.

Convert and quotes

Convert uses a spread. The rate on screen is not a locked exchange-house quote. Convert can fail, move, or be paused. There is no free USDT to PKR conversion.

Local rails

JazzCash, Easypaisa, QR and bank payouts depend on those providers, on mobile networks, and on Pakistan payment rules.

A processing status is not success. Settlement can be delayed, held or reversed under the provider's rules. Instant Payout, once sent, cannot be pulled back by CryptoEze.

CryptoEze does not promise that a provider will activate your merchant account.

Completed collection is promised T+2 business days, and only after the provider has settled that payment to us in a batch. If the provider is late, the batch gate holds the money. Paying you from our own float to "keep the promise" is how a desk goes broke.

Who bears the loss

You bear loss from a wrong address, a wrong network, a TEST/LIVE mistake, a provider decline, an expired invoice, or a customer who paid the wrong thing.

We bear operating the books, matching official USDT on the published contract and address when live detection is on, and the holds described in these service rules. We do not bear the chain itself.

Sanctions and refusal

We may refuse a customer, a country, a payout or a merchant without offering every reason.
