Merchant Agreement

Version 1.2 · published 2026-09-21 09:38:50

Who this agreement is for

This Merchant Agreement applies when you apply for or use a CryptoEze merchant account.

A merchant account lets you accept USDT on BEP-20 through checkout, invoices, payment links, the API and webhooks, and credit a Business Wallet.

You can use crypto collection for a business that serves customers in more than one country, as long as you stay inside the Terms of Service, the Acceptable Use Policy, the Risk Disclosure and any country block we apply.

A TEST invoice is not money on a chain. Do not send a TEST checkout to a buyer who expects real USDT.

JazzCash, Easypaisa, QR and bank payouts are not granted by this agreement. Those sit in the Local Payment Terms and need their own activation.

Merchant of record

You are the merchant of record for what you sell. CryptoEze is the payments platform. We do not take over your customer contract.

You must deliver the goods or services you sold. You must run your own refund policy for your product. A confirmed USDT payment is still final on the chain even if you later refund the customer from your Business Wallet.

You are liable for local-rail chargebacks and provider reversals, including after you have withdrawn. See the Refund and Chargeback Policy.

What we provide

Hosted checkout, invoices, reusable payment links that mint a new invoice per paid visit, HMAC webhooks, API keys, and a Business Wallet for USDT on BEP-20.

When live detection is on, we match official USDT to the invoice address and credit after required confirmations. We take the payment fee shown on the invoice.

For approved local merchants we also provide JazzCash, Easypaisa and QR collection, T+2 settlement after provider batch proof, Instant Payout, and manual take-out.

What you provide

Accurate business information, a real project (website, app or social account), and documents we ask for: CNIC, address, and business papers where your category requires them.

You must not create invoices for HYIP, ponzi, pyramid or other prohibited activity.

You must not send LIVE checkout to a customer while the account is in TEST, or TEST checkout while the customer expects LIVE.

Review

CryptoEze may approve, reject, suspend, request changes, or ask for more information.

Approval of crypto checkout does not activate JazzCash, Easypaisa, QR or bank payouts.

Rejected, suspended or frozen merchants cannot create live invoices, links or API charges.

API keys are issued when the operator approves the merchant, not when the draft row is created.

Fees and settlement

Collection fees are the provider's share plus ours. Instant Payout fees are the provider's share plus ours, on top of the amount. Manual take-out is 0 percent and takes three business days.

Local settlement is T+2 business days and a provider settlement batch. Both conditions have to hold. See the Merchant Fee Terms.

Rates can change with notice. We give at least 7 days' notice before a fee increase takes effect.

API and webhooks

You must keep secret keys on a server. You must not put live keys in a browser, a mobile app binary, or a public repo.

You must treat a webhook as a signal to check the invoice, not as a reason to ship before the invoice is paid.

Approval is not permanent

Approval means your application passed review on the day we read it. It is not a promise that the account stays open.

We can suspend, freeze or close a merchant account at any time, before or after approval, if we see illegal activity, a prohibited business, fraud, provider or bank pressure, or a legal order. Where the law allows it, we tell you why.

Funds connected to that activity can be held while we review, and can be returned to the payers or handed to the authorities if the law requires it.

One domain, one account

You are approved for the website, app or store you named in your application. Use CryptoEze on that domain only.

You cannot move the account to a different domain. If your project changes, close this account and apply again with the new one.

If the approved domain later carries gambling, investment or "profit" schemes, ponzi or pyramid plans, or any other prohibited business — whether you changed the site or someone else uploaded it — we can freeze the funds, suspend the account and close it.

Opening a second account to get around a rejection, suspension or closure does not work. When our checks match an existing account by person, business, documents, domain or device, the new account is not approved, and any fee already paid is not returned.

Instant approval fee

The Instant Approval fee buys a faster review, not an approval. It is used the moment your application enters the priority queue.

The fee is not refundable: not if the application is rejected, not if the account is later suspended or closed, and not if you decide to stop using CryptoEze.

Standard review stays free for anyone who does not want to pay it.

Changes to this agreement

CryptoEze can change its policies, fees, limits and features at any time. The current version on this website is the one that applies. Serious changes are announced in the account.

If you keep using CryptoEze after a change, you accept the new version. If you do not accept it, stop using the account and withdraw your balance.

No liability for financial loss

CryptoEze provides a payments platform. It does not give investment, tax or legal advice, and it does not promise profit.

To the fullest extent the law allows, CryptoEze is not liable for lost profit, lost business, lost data or any indirect loss, and is not liable for loss caused by the price of USDT or PKR moving, by a bank, provider or blockchain being slow or down, by a wrong address you typed, by your own keys, staff or devices, or by a law or regulator changing.

You accept these risks when you use the service. Nothing here removes a liability that the law says cannot be removed.

End

Either party may stop. Unpaid invoices can be cancelled. Confirmed USDT is already on the book. Local holds follow the Local Payment Terms.

This agreement is governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan hear any dispute.

This page is a service rule, not legal advice.
