Terms of Service
Version 1.2 · published 2026-09-21 09:38:50
What these terms are
These Terms of Service are the rules for using CryptoEze. They apply when you open an account, use a wallet, create a merchant profile, send or receive a payment, or call the API.
They are a service contract between you and CryptoEze. They are not legal advice, not investment advice, and not a banking or securities offering.
If you do not agree, do not create an account and do not send funds.
This text was written to describe the product as it actually runs. It is not a substitute for a Pakistani lawyer. CryptoEze should have these pages reviewed before relying on them commercially.
What CryptoEze is
CryptoEze is a payments platform for digital merchants.
Merchants can collect USDT on hosted checkout (BEP-20 invoices, payment links, API and webhooks). Approved merchants in Pakistan can also collect and pay out Pakistani rupees on JazzCash, Easypaisa, QR and bank rails.
A buyer who pays a USDT invoice does not need a CryptoEze account. They send USDT from their own wallet to the address on checkout.
A CryptoEze balance is a platform book used to collect, hold through settlement, and pay out. It is not a bank deposit. It is not insured as a bank account.
What CryptoEze is not
CryptoEze is not a bank. It is not a deposit-taking institution. It is not an exchange. There is no order book, no trading, no P2P marketplace, and no custody of customer funds beyond the settlement window described here.
USDT in a CryptoEze wallet is not Pakistani rupees. PKR shown on local rails is a book for JazzCash, Easypaisa, QR and bank flows. It is not a promise that CryptoEze holds that cash as a bank.
CryptoEze is not a licensed exchange, broker, money transmitter or State Bank of Pakistan payment-system operator unless a separate licence is published by CryptoEze in writing.
Two payment models
CryptoEze runs two models on one platform. They are not the same product.
1. Crypto payments. Hosted checkout and invoices in USDT on BEP-20 (BNB Smart Chain). Deposits are credited after the required confirmations. While an account is in TEST, nothing moves on a chain: a TEST credit is not coins, so never send real USDT to a TEST address.
2. Local payments. JazzCash, Easypaisa, QR and bank payouts in Pakistan. These rails need extra verification, a provider, and separate activation. Approval of a crypto merchant does not switch local rails on.
Personal Wallet, convert, send and Instant Payout sit next to these models. Instant Payout and PKR settlement belong to the local model.
Accounts
You must be old enough to contract in your country. You must give a real email and a country of residence.
One person should keep one account unless we agree otherwise. You are responsible for passwords, devices, authenticator apps, API keys and webhook secrets.
We may refuse, freeze, limit or close an account where we see fraud, sanctions risk, Acceptable Use breaches, unpaid obligations, or incomplete verification.
Test mode and live mode
The platform has TEST and LIVE.
TEST does not move mainnet USDT. TEST does not send Instant Payouts to real banks or wallets. TEST does not charge a live JazzCash, Easypaisa or QR provider.
LIVE only moves value when the matching integration is on. PKR live and crypto live are separate switches. One being live does not make the other live.
While an account is in TEST, no real money moves. You must not treat a TEST invoice, TEST payin or TEST payout as live money.
Crypto payments
A customer pays an invoice by sending USDT on the network printed on checkout (BEP-20) to the address shown, using the official USDT contract for that network.
Payment is credited after the required confirmations, to the merchant Business Wallet. A TEST invoice follows the same path on the book without moving coins.
Wrong network, wrong token, or a payment after the invoice window may never credit. A transaction hash is not success by itself.
USDT payments are final on the chain. There is no card-style chargeback on a confirmed USDT transfer. See the Refund and Chargeback Policy.
Local payments
JazzCash, Easypaisa, QR and bank flows follow the Local Payment Terms and the provider's own rules.
A capability may stay Pending, Provider review or Not configured after CryptoEze has approved the merchant.
CryptoEze does not guarantee that a third-party provider will activate you.
Completed local collection is promised on the second Pakistan business day (T+2), skipping weekends and the bank holidays the operator has confirmed. The provider typically settles to us on T+1. The extra day is a buffer so we do not pay you from our own cash if they are late. Release also requires a settlement batch from the provider. The date alone is not enough.
Wallets, send and convert
Personal Wallet and Business Wallet are platform books in integer minor units.
Send between CryptoEze users on the same asset does not take a network send fee. An on-chain send to an external address takes the network cover and any send fee shown at the time.
Convert between assets uses a spread. Convert is not free and is not a guaranteed market price.
Fees
Every fee the merchant sees is two parts where a provider is involved: the provider's share, and ours. Those two parts are stored separately. We do not treat a blended number as the source of truth.
Current published collection defaults (until the operator changes them): JazzCash 2.00 percent provider and 0.50 percent ours; Easypaisa 2.50 percent provider and 1.00 percent ours; QR 1.00 percent provider and 0.50 percent ours. Those shares are taken from the amount the customer paid. A 1,000 PKR JazzCash payment credits 975.00 PKR when those rates are confirmed.
Until the operator confirms the collection rates against a real settled payment, new collections are credited in full. That confirmation is a gate. Confirming does not rewrite payments that were already credited.
The published Instant Payout default is 1.00 percent provider and 1.00 percent ours, charged on top of the amount you send. The recipient receives the amount. You pay amount plus both shares.
Manual PKR take-out to a bank or wallet you already own is 0 percent platform fee and is promised in three business days, with an expected-by date on the request.
The published USDT invoice fee default is 0.50 percent of the invoice, shown on checkout, unless the operator set another rate for that merchant.
Rates can change. New invoices and new collections use the rates in force when they are created. We do not silently rewrite a paid invoice. We give at least 7 days' notice before a fee increase takes effect.
Detail sits in the Merchant Fee Terms and the Refund and Chargeback Policy.
Freeze, review and closure
We may review activity, request documents, hold a payout, freeze a book, refuse a payment, or close an account.
We do this for fraud, sanctions, Acceptable Use, provider rules, or incomplete KYC. We may not always explain the full reason where disclosure would help abuse.
Money already sent on-chain or as an Instant Payout cannot be pulled back by CryptoEze.
Your duties
You are responsible for the accuracy of addresses, networks, invoice amounts, order ids and customer support.
You are responsible for tax, consumer law and any licence your business needs in every country you sell to.
You must not use CryptoEze for anything listed in the Acceptable Use Policy.
Liability
The service is provided as available. Chains halt. Providers fail. Browsers lose a session. An invoice can expire.
To the extent the law allows, CryptoEze is not liable for lost USDT sent to a wrong address or network, for provider downtime, for a TEST/LIVE mix-up on your side, or for indirect loss (lost profit, lost data, reputational harm).
Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
Disputes and governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan hear any dispute.
Open a ticket from Support inside your account, or use the Contact form on this website, within 30 days of the event. We answer in writing within 14 days.
Legal notices: use the Contact form on this website, or Support inside your account. We reply from a CryptoEze address.
Do not treat a blank as a choice of Pakistani or any other law. That choice belongs to the operator and to counsel, not to this page.
Changes
We may publish a new version. Current versions are listed on each legal page. If a mandatory document changes, we will ask you to re-accept before money-moving features stay open.
Other documents
These terms are read with the Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Risk Disclosure, Refund and Chargeback Policy, Cookie Policy, AML and CFT Notice, Merchant Agreement, Local Payment Terms, Merchant Fee Terms, and KYC Consent Notice.
