KYC Consent Notice
Version 1.2 · published 2026-09-21 09:38:50
What you agree to
You confirm that the personal information and identity documents you submit are accurate and belong to you.
You consent to CryptoEze processing those documents and data for identity verification, security, fraud prevention, sanctions screening and other compliance uses that the product requires.
What we collect, when we ask for it: legal name as on the document, mobile number, date of birth, address, CNIC number and CNIC photo, and for a business the papers that category requires (incorporation, NTN, trade name, licence). Operators can open those files. The customer-facing product does not.
You understand that CryptoEze may ask for more information or another document before payouts, Instant Payout, local rails or higher limits are opened.
How we store it
KYC files are stored on private disk, not in a public folder. Operators can open them for review. We do not sell them.
A CNIC may be used to find an account. When it is shown back to an operator it is masked.
If you apply for JazzCash, Easypaisa, QR or bank payouts, a subset of this information may be shared with the provider that has to activate you.
KYC records are kept for five years after the account closes, as anti-money-laundering rules require.
What if you refuse
Without this consent we cannot complete KYC. Send, convert, withdraw and some merchant payouts stay locked where the product requires a verified identity.
