Acceptable Use Policy
Version 1.2 · published 2026-09-21 09:38:50
Allowed use
You may use CryptoEze for legitimate goods and services you are allowed to sell: software, digital products, SMM panels you are authorised to operate, ordinary online commerce, and similar lawful business.
You must describe what you sell honestly. You must deliver what you sold. You must not use a CryptoEze invoice to collect for someone else's fraud.
Prohibited use
You may not use CryptoEze, a Business Wallet, a Personal Wallet, checkout, API, JazzCash, Easypaisa, QR, bank payout or Instant Payout for any of the following.
Investment schemes sold as high yield. HYIP sites, ponzi schemes, pyramid schemes, "double your money" programmes, guaranteed-return investment clubs, and any product whose main pitch is paying later depositors from earlier depositors.
Mixing, tumbling, chain hopping to hide the source of funds, or tools whose primary purpose is to evade tracing.
Carding, stolen cards, stolen accounts, stolen data dumps, malware, ransomware, botnets, credential shops, and fraud-as-a-service.
Sanctioned people, sanctioned entities, and activity we reasonably believe is meant to evade sanctions.
Sale of weapons, illegal drugs, child sexual abuse material, or any other illegal good or service in the merchant's or the customer's country.
Impersonating a bank, an SBP-licensed PSP, or CryptoEze itself.
Abuse of TEST mode as if it were LIVE, or any attempt to trick a customer into paying a TEST address.
Attacking the platform: credential stuffing, scraping private endpoints, flooding invoices, or attempting to bypass fees, holds or freezes.
Restricted use
Some businesses need extra review before we allow them: gambling where a licence is required, adult content, third-party payment aggregation, and charities. Extra review is not a promise of approval.
We may refuse a category even if a competitor accepts it. JazzCash, Easypaisa, QR networks and banks have their own prohibited lists. Local rails can be refused after crypto was approved.
What we may do
If we believe this policy is broken we may freeze books, cancel unpaid invoices, refuse payouts, hold local settlement, close the account, and keep records for fraud and law.
We do not have to give you a playbook for how to evade this policy.
