Merchant Fee Terms
Version 1.2 · published 2026-09-21 09:38:50
Two parts, stored separately
Where a provider is involved, the merchant-facing rate is the provider's share plus ours. Those two numbers are the source of truth. We do not store a blended sum as the thing that books money, and we do not hide a deduction inside one line the merchant cannot audit.
Rates can change with notice. We give at least 7 days' notice before a fee increase takes effect. New payments use the rates in force when they are created. We do not silently rewrite a paid invoice.
Instant approval fee
Applying is free. Instant Approval is an optional one-time fee for a decision in 12 to 24 hours instead of up to 2 weeks.
It pays for the faster review only. It is not a deposit, not credit on your account, and not a promise of approval, and it is not refundable in any case — including rejection, suspension, closure, or a second account opened after one of those.
The amount is shown on the application page before you pay, and CryptoEze can change it at any time for new applications.
Crypto payment fee
Each paid USDT invoice takes the merchant payment fee set in CryptoEze (basis points on the invoice). The published default is 0.50 percent. The current rate is shown in the merchant account and on checkout as the payment fee line.
That fee is how the platform is paid for crypto collection. It is not a spread on convert, and it is not a network miner fee.
A TEST invoice posts the same fee line on the book so the path matches live, but it is not a real charge.
Local collection
Published defaults, until the operator changes them:
JazzCash: 2.00 percent provider, 0.50 percent ours. A customer who pays 1,000 PKR credits you 975.00 PKR once rates are confirmed.
Easypaisa: 2.50 percent provider, 1.00 percent ours. A 1,000 PKR payment credits 965.00 PKR once confirmed.
QR: 1.00 percent provider, 0.50 percent ours. A 1,000 PKR payment credits 985.00 PKR once confirmed.
A merchant can be given a different platform margin. Blank means the platform default. The provider share is not overridden per merchant; it changes when the provider changes it.
Until the operator confirms these rates against a real settled payment (customer paid, merchant wallet, bank arrival), new collections are credited in full. Confirming does not claw back older rows. We absorb that gap.
Local capability fee
The Crypto + Local Payments plan may charge a one-time application and capability fee (USDT, with a PKR figure shown only as a reference).
That fee covers document processing, bank and provider files, and the agreements prepared so JazzCash, Easypaisa and QR can be reviewed. It is not a monthly charge and not a hidden per-payment tax.
Paying that fee does not approve the merchant and does not activate JazzCash, Easypaisa, QR or bank payouts.
If we reject the application we review a refund by hand. Do not assume an automatic refund has been issued until an operator records it.
Instant Payout
Instant Payout (JazzCash, Easypaisa, or a Pakistani bank after you pick the bank and confirm the title) charges the provider's share plus ours on top of the amount. The published default is 1.00 percent plus 1.00 percent. The recipient receives the amount. Your wallet must cover amount plus both shares.
Once sent, Instant Payout cannot be pulled back.
Manual take-out
Manual PKR take-out is 0 percent platform fee. It is promised in three Pakistan business days, with an expected-by date on the request. The operator pays it by hand. There is no live bank API on that path.
Convert and send
Convert between books uses a spread. Convert is not free. A display rate can move before you confirm.
Send to another CryptoEze user on the same USDT book does not take a network send fee.
Send to an external on-chain address takes the network cover and any send fee shown on that screen.
Invoices that do not complete
An expired, cancelled, invalid or underpaid USDT invoice is not a refund event. The customer sent something we could not match, or sent nothing.
Do not promise a customer that CryptoEze will return a wrong-network transfer.
Chargebacks
Chargebacks and provider reversals on local rails are your cost. See the Refund and Chargeback Policy.
